About the World Peace Revival:
The World Peace Revival is a movement organized by Clyde and Sandra Strickland, Metro Waterproofing, Inc., and a group of committed followers of Christ, who desire to spread the gospel and share the lessons, legacy, and impact of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  Tim Minard and Dame Didi Wong, co-founders of the Minard Wong Foundation are focused on the King statue and pedestal along with the Stricklands, Metro Waterproofing, Social Investment Holdings, and the National Monuments Foundation. Our hope is to bring peace and reconciliation to the nation and to the world.

Our movement was created to encourage acts of service and prayers for peace from all faiths and denominations of every generation, based on Dr. King’s message of non-violence. We started the World Peace Revival with the goal of securing 1 BILLION PRAYERS for peace around the world. Please join us by sharing a prayer on our Facebook or Instagram page @worldpeacerevival using the hashtags #worldpeacerevival and #1billionprayers. The catalyst for this movement is the unveiling of a new statue of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., to bring attention to his message of peace. The statue was unveiled at the Rodney Cook Sr. Peace Park in Atlanta, adjacent to Dr. King’s Life Home, on April 1, 2023, the 55th anniversary week of his martyrdom.
